No Returns – Replacement Only in Case of Damage

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, torn, or leaked during transit, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be visibly damaged or torn upon delivery.

  • You must raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and outer packaging for verification.

How to Request a Replacement:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the damage

  2. Our team will verify the claim and arrange a replacement dispatch if it meets the criteria.

Important Notes:

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, skin reaction, or dislike of fragrance/texture.

  • All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by our customer support team.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
